DELIVERY DURATION
How long things take depends on current demand, inquiry, amount of corrections needed for you to be satisfied with the result.
PRICING
100€ per hour exclusive VAT when paid in advance on general creation.
120€ per hour exclusive VAT when paid in advance on logo creation.
350€ exclusive VAT none refundable deposit in advance on all projects.
There will be required additional payment to cover extra work if that were to be the case, also when paid in advance.
The total costs will depend on the complexity, work hours, total corrections, media costs, file types and more. Costs for products, print, monthly 3rd party fees are not included in the rates.
SHIPPING COST
There will be an additional cost for shipment of physical material.
SHIPPING AREA
Shipping area depends on the size and type of given product. Primarely Europe and Nordics.
RETURN POLICY
A creative process includes corrections and often confirmations from client before moving on. The corrections are included to make sure the client understands and confirms the work along the way. Company’s top priority is happy customers and quality work. Deposit payment is not refundable. If there should be defects on physical finished products when arriving to the client, normally it will be solved by replacing the item, if the documentation from client clearly shows a production defect that is documented 48 hours after reception.
PRoduct ownership
The client will own a copy of the creative solution, graphics, imagery, print, product etc and can only be used in its context as it is meant for as inquired and delivered, unless other is agreed. There are few exceptions, mainly a brand logo, which is normally unique for each client. This means the provider can not re-sell the exact same logo to others. Client can not use, manipulate, distribute, reproduce or copy in any format, any of the company’s content. The intellectual property of the creation and content remains ownership by the company.
PRoduct RENDERING
Please note that the products you see on screen and website will not be 100% similar to the actual product. This is based on the fact that a screen (RGB) is backlit and a print (CMYK) is not. The given colour gamuts (ranges) also affects the graphics and how the product appears.
CREATION AUTHENTICATION
Labeled creations depends on the circumstances and type of work.
USER DATA
Your user information will not intentionally be shared with any 3rd parties, except with those businesses which are included to produce and process the orders and delivery, which are necessary to deliver products and to maintain service relevance. Your user data may also be used for later communication, updates and other info relevant to your interest, strictly between the company and the client, and only in some occasions. Of course you can always opt out for future communications after the product is received!
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
The company is not responsible for any liability, loss, personal injury, damage or expense that the customer may suffer after the transaction. Company and store attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, company does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is always free of errors, complete or current.
DISPUTE CLAUSE
Any dispute relating to any activity with the company or this website, or the purchase of any products from this company, shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the country and city that the company is located, unless you have in some way threatened or violated the company’s intellectual property rights, whereby the company may seek an injunctive.
CANCELATION
If client are absent and none responding for than 7 days or more, the project will be canceled, and client would be required to pay for the work up until this moment
There will normally be presented an option to continue the project on a later stage after full payment according to the agreement is received. The work made for the client will not be delivered until it’s fully finished and full payment according to original deal and potentially extra work, has been received.
The company can cancel a project and be entitled to full payment as originally agreed, if the client does one of following, but not limited to: Misbehaves repeatedly, inconvenient or threatening, not responding to or confirming corrections or general communications, changes direction and / or requires more corrections than agreed without willingness to pay for extra work hours.
Creation PAYMENT
Some or full payment will be required before order can be processed. This can also include special fees or billing charges.
